1. The thermocouple probe has a small shape and must be fixed at the test position with designated high-temperature solder or adhesive, otherwise it will become loose when heated and deviate from the predetermined test point, causing test error.
2. The completely assembled plate must be used for measurement. Firstly, the thermal characteristics of PCB components are analyzed. Due to different heating performance of PCB, different volume and material of components, the actual heating temperature rise of each point is different. The hottest point and the coldest point grow out, and the highest temperature and lowest temperature can be measured by setting thermocouples respectively.
3. Set as many thermocouple test points as possible to fully reflect the real heating state of each part of the printed board. For example, the heating degree of the center and the edge of the printed board is different, the thermal capacity of large components and small components is different, and the thermal sensing components must be set to measure
4. The batteries used are lithium batteries and rechargeable nickel cadmium batteries. Test and charge in time according to specific conditions to ensure the accuracy of test data.
